ADHD Support

ADHD Adult Assessments (17+) including a consultation and assessment (up to 4 hours- can be booked in one session or two shorter sessions) and a full report of findings and recommendations. Plus a feedback session to discuss findings.

Assessments undertaken with a fully qualified assessor with significant experience of neurodiversity both professionally and personally and in accordance to the NICE guidelines.

Learn how to manage your symptoms with a qualified and experienced ADHD Coach and Psychotherapist.

Look at your own unique circumstances and experiences and create a bespoke plan of how to address your challenges.

 

Investment: £60 per session. Sessions are 50 mins in duration. 

Book a combined adult ADHD assessment and block of bespoke coaching sessions. Receive your diagnosis, recommendations and bespoke support for your ADHD symptoms.

 

All support will be provided by a fully qualified ADHD coach and ADHD assessor who is also a qualified Psychotherapist. All assessments provided in accordance to NICE guidelines.
