What is meditation? 

Meditation is a practice that encourages a heightened state of awareness and focused attention. It has been shown to have significant benefits to psychological wellbeing. It can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. During meditation you focus your attention and it helps to eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that might be crowding your mind. Meditation can be useful for all of us to practice but it is particularly useful for those experiencing anxiety and/or depression. 

Softening Anxiety by Grounding in the Present Moment

This 10 min guided meditation helps those who struggle with anxiety to practice being within the present moment. 

Listen as regularly as needed to help soften anxiety about the past or future. 

Beginners level and above meditation. 

Alleviating Stress with Three Deep Breaths

This 15 min guided meditation helps those who struggle with stress or anxiety by using the technique of taking three deep breaths. 

Listen as regularly as needed but ideally daily for 21 consecutive days.

Intermediate- advanced level meditation. 

 A Safe Place to Deal with Pain

This 15 min guided meditation helps those who struggle with chronic pain or are expecting to be in prolonged pain soon- such as a scheduled operation. 

Intermediate- advanced level meditation. 

Breath Away Anxious Thoughts and Depression

This 8 min guided meditation helps those who struggle with anxiety and/or depression. It will guide you to breath away those thoughts.

Beginners and beyond level meditation. 

 Chronic Pain- Body Scan

This 10 min guided meditation will help those who struggle with pain or chronic pain. 

It is also helpful to those with anxiety and/or depression.
