Is it time for YOU to take control of your life?

Well done for taking the first step towards improving your mental health. If you've been struggling, I'm here to provide the tools and support you need to feel better.

Have you been struggling with your mental health?

  • Anxiety, stress or low self esteem?

  • Depression or low mood?

  • Are you having relationship difficulties?

  • Does your anger feel out of control?

  • Do you never feel good enough?

  • Deep down do you question if you are a good person?

If any of these are true then you have come to the right place - together we can work through these problems and address the things that may be holding you back.

I provide a safe, confidential and non judgemental environment to discuss any difficulties you are experiencing.

I believe that counselling should be an empowering process, we are all very different individuals but we all have the power to grow and develop. Therapeutic counselling can help with this.

Couples Therapy

Do you and your partner have some challenges?

Has communication broken down?

Does it feel like there's no other option but to seek professional help or your relationship will end?

Or perhaps you are already separated and/or divorcing and you need to make it as smooth a process as possible for the sake of your family?

I hold a Diploma in Couples and Family Therapy and help couples like you to communicate without blame or arguments, creating a safe space to explore your needs and wishes as individuals and as a couple.

What do my clients say about me?

"I don't think I would be here if it wasn't for the help of Gill. I was lost... After the first session I left feeling positive for the first time in months, she helped me with coping mechanisms to get out of my thoughts and with sleeping techniques so I could finally get some rest. "
