Guided Meditation

What is a guided meditation?

Guided meditation is simply "meditation with the help of a guide". It’s one of the easiest ways to enter into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness, and it’s one of the most powerful ways to eliminate stress and bring about positive personal changes.


How does it work?

You are guided, by a narrator, to elicit a specific change in your life. You are first guided to relax your body and mind, to help you reach a deep meditative state before going on a journey, in your mind, to reach a specific goal.

What can meditation help with?

All sorts! Anxiety and stress, low mood and depression, self esteem, to build confidence and to help achieve your goals and even to manage pain.


Meditation is used by lots and lots of people every day- both non-famous types like you and me and famous people like Orpah, Ellen Degeneres, Jeff Weiner (the guy who created LinkedIn), Katy Perry, Madonna, Hugh Jackman and Kirstin Bell to name just a few.


Athletes use meditation to clear their minds and to focus before big events/games and to help manifest their goals.


Why am I telling you all this?

Because I personally love to meditate and enjoy the benefits of guided meditations regularly.


Recently I have been asked by numerous clients (and some friends) to record myself leading them through a guided meditation so I thought why not!

Between you and me I had a bit of a fear of recording myself and I had no idea at all what I was doing with YouTube!! But I faced that fear and have created some guided mediations for you to enjoy. Plus more are still to come.


They will be focused initially on anxiety, depression and low self esteem but I am sure I will venture out a bit more when I have more time to record.
